Traditional Palliative / Hospice practice within a large, successful primary care medical group.

Qualifications:
Eligibility REQUIRES US citizenship or permanent resident status.

Above average skills clinically with an excellent record vis a vis malpractice (Verifiable via reference).

State license to practice AND prescriptive privileges.

Position requites a minimum of 2 years experience specific to Palliative care and additional experience in primary care medicine including serving a senior population.
